Our role is strictly limited to providing guidance, documentation support, and negotiation assistance on your behalf.

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

While Attorney Support works diligently on your behalf, final settlement, restructuring approval, or debt resolution terms are entirely at the discretion of your lender/bank/NBFC. We do not guarantee:

• A specific settlement amount or percentage reduction
• Approval of any restructuring request
• Any specific timeline for resolution
• Improvement in credit score by a specific amount or within a specific timeframe

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging Attorney Support, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation and existing loans
• Respond promptly to requests for documentation
• Not misrepresent your income, assets, or hardship circumstances
• Make agreed payments to lenders on time once a settlement/restructuring is finalized
• Cooperate fully throughout the negotiation and settlement process

4. Fees

Consultation fees and service fees are communicated to clients before engagement. Fees are charged based on the scope of the case and the stage of settlement. Refund policies are discussed on a case-by-case basis. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. No Legal or Financial Advisory Relationship

Services provided by Attorney Support are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal advice, financial advice, or a fiduciary relationship. For legal or tax implications of loan settlement, we recommend consulting a qualified professional. Nothing on our Website should be construed as legal, financial, or tax advice.

6. Impact on Credit Score

You acknowledge that loan settlement (as opposed to full repayment) may negatively impact your credit report and score, as accounts are typically marked “Settled” rather than “Closed.” This is a standard outcome of the settlement process across the industry, not a result of any failure on our part. We recommend reviewing your credit report regularly through authorized credit bureaus such as CIBIL.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attorney Support shall not be liable for:

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the engagement with Attorney Support at any time by written notice. Fees already incurred for work completed up to the termination date remain payable, as applicable. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations already incurred with your lender.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Our operations are subject to applicable regulations set by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

11. Changes to Terms

Attorney Support reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest version.

12. Eligibility

Services provided by Attorney Support are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
